We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in management, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in shift management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and motivate staff to meet performance goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Experience with a POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Proven track record in shift management and meeting operational targets
