**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality and food service industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations

- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals

- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality

- Recruit, train, and supervise managers and staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the community

- Monitor inventory levels and control operational costs to maximize revenue

- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in POS systems or similar restaurant management software

- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of catering, guest service, and kitchen operations

- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership roles

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor managers and staff members

- Hospitality management experience preferred
