We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our service department who will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their service visits, handling inbound service phone calls and scheduling service appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

-Answer incoming service calls.

-Answer customer questions, schedule service appointments, provide information based on customer's vehicle and service history.

- Meet and greet customer in showroom waiting for service and ensure they are attended to in a timely manner.

-Reschedule no show service appointments.

-Reach out to existing customers who may be in need of service done to their vehicle.

-Follow up with customers to ensure their service visit was to satisfaction.

Must be a fast learner, preferably with prior service experience but not necessary. Must be computer saavy, with a positive and energetic attitude. Customer service experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
