Additional Compensation Details:

Up to $24.00 per hour-Dependent on experience
90-day performance review
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities

Schedule

Typical start times is from 6am to 8am. Overtime is typical, approximately 50-60 hours a week. Split days off, must be able to work Saturdays

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Puget Sound region.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Must have a valid driver's license
Provide at least a five (5) year Driving Record with no serious traffic violations within the last three years
Valid Medical Card
Able to lift, push and pull up to 75lbs repeatedly -- this is a labor intensive job
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
