Charlotte Gastroenterology and Hepatology is hiring for a Medical Front Desk employee to float between our Huntersville and Mooresville offices. Our purpose and passion are to provide the best care to our patients. Come join a team that cares about what they do!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Check patients in and out of office. Must be able to multi-task.
• Collect patient co-pays and payments on account as needed. Write out cash receipts.
• Balance at the end of the day. Compile bank deposit.
• Copy patient insurance cards front and back. File in chart.
• Prepare, and check charts for appointments ensuring all PCP referrals, insurance card copies, etc. are in the chart and keyed into computer system.
• Straighten lobby and remove dated magazines, turn off TV.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
