Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Charlotte Russe located in Cypress, TX. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, including managing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining store appearance. They will also assist in inventory management, recruiting and training new team members, and implementing company policies and procedures.
