* Control AR balance ensuring money is received within terms of customer agreements.

* Track, monitor, process payments and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all receipts from customers are accounted for and properly posted.

* Accurately record, investigate, and contest deductions are taken that do not align with the customer contract.

* Process all customer chargebacks including returns and other allowances in line with Group Policies.

* Send and reconcile customer statements on a weekly basis.

* Maintain customer support files, and related customer documentations thoroughly and accurately.

* Assist with Month End Process

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

* Spanish proficiency

* Excellent prioritization and time management skills

* Accounting experience of 3-5 years required, CPG experience a plus!

* Experience with EDI

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally

* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, sum-if, index-match, etc) and financial systems savviness

* Record of process improvements

* NetSuite experience is preferable

* Motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced start-up environment

* Knowledge of taxation issues and experience with sales corporate taxes

* Flexible & adaptable to changing priorities

* Must be detailed-oriented and organize

* Affinity for retail and beauty

Base Salary Range: $65,000-75,000
