- Provides technical guidance to entire company on the most robust methods of processing and process controls.
- Responsible for making sure manufacturing cycles are in line with company IQMS standards and to make improvement as necessary.
- Responsible for providing technical support to Quality for NCR and CR actions including help driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal quality problems or customer complaints.
- Analyze and identify process improvement opportunities from order entry to shipping at our Beasley site.
- Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies.
- Manage and lead capital projects to enhance overall efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for progress tracking.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Be role model in adapting Lean principles and coach on Lean behavior.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing environment including but not limited to process engineering.
- 3 years' experience in Basic project management skills.
- Proven skills in change management.
- Practical application of problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Lean A3, Six Sigma tools).
