Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8 years progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing or other analytical experience.
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience with clinical operations, including Care Management, Utilization Management, and Appeals & Grievances
Previous experience using the Guiding Care, Care Manager or OnBase clinical platforms (anyone from the listed experience: Either Guiding Care or Care Manager OR OnBase Management)
Expert understanding of business analysis core competencies.
Prior business analysis coaching and mentoring experience
