Responsibilities Of a Sales Representative
  • Run pre-screened, qualified, scheduled sales appointments; survey and measure the home; perform proper sizing calculations; select appropriate solutions, scope of work and prices from flat rate investment guide (no estimating required); share findings and solution options with homeowners; ensure customer happiness, get reviews and social media posts, and generate referrals.
Requirements
  • Strong selling skills with 3 years sales experience No industry experience required!

Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proficiently use technology (cell phone, tablet/computer)

  • Comfortable working and contributing positively to a team environment
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Residential HVAC or in-home selling experience is a plus but not required we teach you what you need to know about the industry and our customer-friendly in-home sales approach
