We are seeking a skilled commercial real estate analyst/underwriter to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in analyzing real estate investments and providing valuable insights to support our unique mixed-use development efforts across the US.

Responsibilities:

- Model for large mixed-use projects that include residential (multifamily), retail, and hospitality

- Evaluate financial performance of real estate assets

- Collaborate with the team to assess potential real estate development projects across the US

- Utilize financial acumen to interpret and present data effectively

- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to real estate development projects

- Generate reports and presentations on financial analysis findings

- Interpret spreadsheets and projections of our JV partners on various projects

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong modeling, quantitative research, and financial skills

- Extensive experience with development projects, especially multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and entertainment, and ability to iterate through various configurations and options to improve the entire project

- Strong familiarity with terms and structures of various types of capital and debt financing for development projects 

- Collegial style to enable strong working relationships with founders as well as external firms (financing sources, lawyers, consultants, other real estate development firms, etc.)

- Driven personality and willingness to learn

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
