This person can manage the day to day business office, as well as, drive sales.

Executive Director Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents
  • Successful experience as an Executive Director for An Assisted Living Community
  • Experience in opening a new community from ground up preferred but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

 The Executive Director is responsible for Enhancing the Human Spirit of the residents, families, associates and the community at large. This is accomplished by managing the day-to-day operations of the community, achieving high resident and associate satisfaction, ensuring high quality resident care/services are provided, creating a culture in the community that reinforces and lives our mission each and every day, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, generating respect in the community for the community, ensuring smooth operation of the community, and generating the projected profit for the company by achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community.
