Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.

As a Clinical Administrator with Chartiers Center, you will provide leadership and direction to the Recovery Support Service Line. Chartiers Center and this team are committed to providing quality supports to people with mental health/intellectual disabilities. The Clinical Administrator is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the agency's Chief Clinical Officer. This position is responsible in providing leadership guidance and oversight in the day-to-day operations to the service line including: our Residential Treatment Program, Long Term Structured Residence, Social Rehabilitation Program and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program.

Job Duties include:

• Develop and implement new/revised policies and procedures and programs 
• General financial oversight of the services including budget development, ongoing monitoring of revenue and expenses.  
• Oversight to processes related to the acquisition, retention, and performance of all staff
• Participate in rotating on-call to support for the Residential Treatment Program and Long- Term Structured Residence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple programs
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt and implement changes as necessary
• Master’s degree in human services or related field and a minimum of 5 years post-masters experience in managing Mental Health Programs at a Social Service Agency
• 3 or more years of experience supervising staff in the field of mental health and experience in management of multiple locations.
