Pay Range: $79,100 - $119,646 USD Annually

Purpose of Job:

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by ensuring smooth daily operations of Integrated Behavioral Health services at CHAS Health as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with primary care providers, behavioral health providers, and other services and professionals at CHAS Health in order to meet the needs of the target population.
  • Works closely with Clinic Administrators to ensure adequate behavioral health team staffing throughout the system. 
  • Works closely with operations and clinical leadership to create and standardize behavioral health provider templates and patient schedules.
  • Ensures Program compliance with applicable local, state, and federal guidelines and IBH licensing requirements.
  • Assists in development and maintenance of accurate written protocols for behavioral health provider duties.
  • Assists with managing regular IBH staff meetings to communicate policies and procedures, share best practices, and enable staff collaboration.
  • Works closely with operations and clinical program directors on planning and implementation of trainings and promotion of staff professional development.
  • Participates in developing and implementing quality improvement activities and performance metrics to promote continuous improvement in IBH practices. 
  • Performs other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.

Qualifications:

Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in community health, particularly in behavioral health capacity preferred. Management/supervisory experience strongly preferred. 

Skills: Knowledge of available community linkage resources. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Must work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required. Must be detail oriented and able to carry out duties with minimal supervision. Must possess strong communications and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle required.

Physical Demands

Required to stand, sit and be mobile one-third to two-thirds of the time. Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel over two-thirds of the time; while reaching with hands and arms occurs one-third of the day. Climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling or crouching occurs less than one-third of the time. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. Lifting occurs about half the time up to 10 lbs and less than one-third of the day from 25-40 lbs. Rarely is there a need to lift more than 41 lbs.
