Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a Part-time Driver / Maintenance Assistant for our skilled nursing facility in Logansport, IN!

As Maintenance Assistant , you will perform a variety of light maintenance and organizing duties.

Responsibilities :

• Maintains the facility by repairing walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, windows, removing trash, etc.,
• May assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications :

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment,
• CNA license preferred.

As Driver , you will drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations.

Responsibilities :

Aids escorting residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and any other transportation necessary.

Qualifications :

Clean driving record with valid driver’s license of this state
