**What You’ll Do:**
- Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins and check-outs, adapting to any changes as needed.
- Secure payments and verify and adjust billing as necessary.
- Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local attractions.
- Generate daily reports and communicate essential information to the next shift’s staff.
- Complete cashier and closing reports, ensuring the bank counting is secure at the end of each shift.
- Accept and record wake-up calls, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate department.
- Report any emergencies, lost items, or thefts to the proper security staff and/or authorities.
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and relay necessary messages.
- We proudly serve Starbucks, and will be teaching each front desk associate how to be a barista.

This role requires adherence to quality assurance expectations and standards. You may need to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Additionally, you may be asked to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors and Managers.
