Chase Staffing is looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives in the Roanoke Valley!!
A Call Center Customer Service Representative will receive telephone inquiries and provide information to subscribers, providers, and group administrators regarding their benefits.
Resolve claim problems, write up corrections, and watch for claim adjudication adjustments. Return calls to the providers and subscribers.
Enter comments after every call and route calls to appropriate department for resolution.
This position requires strong customer service skills, computer skills, ability to follow instruction and must be dependable.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience.
These positions pay $16.25 / HR and will be working 1st shift with the following schedule :
9 : 30AM - 6 : 00PM - 2 Days a week
8 : 00AM - 4 : 45PM - Fridays only
Candidates must be available to work until 6PM during the week. No weekends!!
This position would require in office work with no work from home opportunity.
