- Assist Credit & Collections Manager with the daily, weekly, monthly tasks as they relate to the global aging portfolio reviews.
- Provide notations on collectability, write-off recommendations, deduction management
- Backup for cash applications, credit releases, collection follow-up as required
- Assist Credit and Collections Manager with quarterly and year-end audit requests
- Various other Accounts Receivable projects
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or experience in related field
- Proficiency with computers and ERP software, preferably Oracle
- Knowledge about Accounts Receivable procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions
- Team player
