Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Antonio, TX 78233

Schedule: Full-time, start time between 10/11am until close (7-9pm)

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and some experience in dispatching. While experience in HVAC office work is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in dispatching tasks as needed
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records
• Provide general administrative support to the office
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Support the team with various clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HVAC office work experience is a plus but not required

• Start time between 10/11am until close (7-9pm)
• Flexibility to work within these hours is essential
