1. Research new bankruptcy cases Chapter 11 and business Chapter 7. 
2. Prepares claims and notice of appearances. 
3. Input new case info into Bank Tools. 
4. Prepares claims for Court Costs & Fees. 
5. Contacts various Firm staff and jurisdictions for tax information. 
6. Review mail daily, for possible bankruptcy cases that need claims prepared. 
7. Complete special projects in connection to amending claims for property tax actuals. 
8. Occasionally may perform duties within the scope of the job

Physical Demands & Work Environment

1. Physical demands are sitting at desk and lifting 5lbs or less from time to time. 

2. Work environment is very open, friendly and courteous.

3. Employee is required to sit, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.

4. Visual abilities include viewing computer screens and the ability to adjust focus.
