Position SummaryJoin our dynamic healthcare team to provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, including physicians, is essential to ensuring top-notch patient care delivery.
QualificationsEducation:
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN
- State of Florida RN License required (or obtained within 90 days of hire under applicable RN Compact Licensure)
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Preferred: Acute care experience
- Preferred: Critical or emergent care experience
- Days/Nights 7-7
- Evenings 2-2
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience required
- Main ED and FSED open for service
- Salary range: Starting from $26/hour (5 years) to $31/hour (10 years) and $34/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment
- Relocation assistance provided on a case-by-case basis
- Weekend Differential: $2
- Night Differential: $3.25
