You will be responsible for multiple patients, ensuring their well-being while adhering to our established policies and procedures. Your ability to prioritize patient flow and demonstrate sound judgment is key to delivering quality care. Building positive relationships with colleagues and maintaining safety practices are essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and organize patient flow for optimal time utilization
- Provide nursing care during special and vascular procedures
- Demonstrate effective safety practices
- Build rapport with colleagues, other departments, and Medical Staff
- Maintain professionalism and follow established protocols
- Possess competence in performing related or licensed functions
- Flexibility to float to CT Biopsy as needed
- Associate degree in nursing required
- Current RN license in Florida required
- BLS certification required before starting
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- 2 years of experience in critical care, ER, PACU, or IR
- Previous acute care and critical care experience preferred
- Radiology experience is a plus
- Salary range: $26/hr (with 1 year of experience), $31/hr (5 years' experience), $37/hr (10 years' experience)
- Sign-on bonus: $15,000
- Relocation assistance: Offered on a case-by-case basis
