Acute Care Nursing Residency Program at Leading Healthcare Facility Are you a recent nursing school graduate looking to kickstart your career in acute care nursing? Our yearlong Acute Care Nursing Residency Program offers a paid opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in a hospital setting. StaRN Training (First 5-8 Weeks)
Instructor-led classroom training
State-of-the-art simulation exercises
Training on charting systems and certifications specific to each unit
Full-time schedule - Monday to Friday, 40-hour work weeks
StaRN Clinical Preceptorship (Next 7-8 Weeks)
On-site training at the hospital
Assigned one-on-one preceptor for personalized guidance
Regular development meetings with preceptor and director
Rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week
Residency Program (Remainder of the 1st Year)
Transition to full-time role post StaRN Program completion
Ongoing professional development and mentorship
Completion of evidence-based capstone project
Requirements
Current Florida RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license
Graduated from an accredited nursing school within the past year
Self-motivated with strong communication skills
Full attendance throughout the StaRN Training program

Pay Rates During Training
Starting rates range from $27.20 to $29.93
Higher rates for Critical Care, ICU, and ED specialties
Sign-on/Relocation bonus of $7,500 (with a 2-year commitment)
