Join Our Comprehensive Nurse Residency Program
ScheduleDuring the first portion of the program, expect a Monday to Friday, 8-hour per day commitment, totaling 40 hours per week. There may also be weekend duties during holidays. The preceptorship phase involves three 12-hour shifts each week, with every other weekend at the hospital following the preceptor's schedule.
CertificationsUpon completion, you will achieve certifications in BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules. Attendance throughout the program is mandatory.
CommitmentA minimum two-year, full-time commitment to the hospital is required for program acceptance, with potential repayment of educational costs if this commitment is not fulfilled.

- Recent graduate of an accredited nursing school in the last 12 months
- Less than 6 months of RN experience, preferably less than 2 months in a hospital setting
- Current FL RN license or compact licensure required
- Prior medical or service industry exposure preferred
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential
- Candidates should demonstrate care and compassion for patients

Salary Range
- Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81
- ICU: $30.94
- Specialty: $32.79
- Higher rates available for those with previous LPN, CNA, EMT/Paramedic backgrounds
- Sign-on bonus of $10k with a two-year commitment
- Relocation Assistance on a case-by-case basis for out-of-state applicants
