Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Quick Lane technicians and advisors
- Provide the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure the facility is warm and inviting
- Provide courteous, polite, and professional customer service with a smile
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a Quick Lane or other fast lube-type facility
- Ability to lead and motivate others to perform at a high level
- Ability to communicate well with customers and maximize the care and services that are provided
- Excellent computer skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
