Personal Assistant & Housekeeping

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Housekeeper to provide support to the CEO and special projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills, very detail oriented, ability to run errands, is very flexible and able to prioritize tasks, be proficient in iPhone and calendar apps, and possess strong organizational abilities. This is a part-time or full-time position; based on your preference.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with running errands
- Cleaning of CEO's office, organizing office and storage areas, etc.
- Schedule appointments and change existing appointments as needed
- Preparing gifts and coordinating delivery of cards/gifts
- Tasks such as taking cars to be washed, get gas, etc.
- Assist with overall organization
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
