- Some benefits require employee to work 30 or more hours per week and/or be over the age of 21*
- Wage: starting at $24 - $28 per hour, DOE
- Schedule: On-Call
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of in the building, including but not limited to minor plumbing repairs, general carpentry, painting, drywall, minor appliance repair, and cleaning
- Perform unit turnovers to prepare for new residents, including servicing appliances, replacing old or faulty parts, and interior painting
- Address and follow up on all resident work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain professional, friendly, and positive relationships and interactions with all residents, guests, and staff
- 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Computer proficiency is helpful
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Must pass a Department of Social & Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
