Schedule: Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs, 9:00am- 5:30pm Pay: Starting at $26.00 per hour monthly bonus Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid at 90 and 180 days) A Day In The Life
Oversee all aspects of Life Enrichment in the Memory Care Unit
Create and implement engaging programs and activities tailored to residents with Dementia and memory loss
Encourage resident engagement and participation in daily activities
Foster a professional, caring, and inclusive environment, respecting each resident's unique life history
Manage and optimize life enrichment expenses related to the Memory Care Unit
Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism, fostering a compassionate environment for residents and staff
Develop and maintain relationships with residents' families, ensuring open communication
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
Proven experience managing a Memory Care Unit or similar environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
WA state valid driver’s license with no violations on record
Must be at least 25 years of age or older
Ability to drive for extended periods of time, up to 2 hours
Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Must pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
