Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Chatfield Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED candidate to fill a client service representative (CSR) position for our very busy front desk. Flexibility and experience required!
PART-TIME NEEDED (MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, SOME SATURDAYS)
Applicants must be willing to work opening and/or closing shifts and Saturdays. Receptionists are here as early as 7:30am and can be here as late as 6:00pm. Saturdays rotate and the shifts are from 7:30am-12:30pm.
CSRs answer phones, greet clients, respond to emails, access multiple dashboards and applications, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, keep the lobby stocked and organized, scan and fax records. The CSRs are also responsible for answering basic pet health questions, and recording client conversation and notes in the digital medical record. We have a cloud-based software Daysmart/Vetter.
Applicants must be confident, have a professional work ethic, positive personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor, and must be able to pay attention to detail. SEEKING APPLICANTS: 6mo - 1 YEAR VETERINARY/ANIMAL EXPERIENCE.
