Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Lead Dock Hand to join our team. The Dock Hand will assist in the daily operations of a busy dock/Club house, Marina and club grounds.
-Dock hands not only assist on the dock selling fuel and aiding members vessels, but work on the property itself assisting the Manager and Maintenance Manager in daily operations of the facility - everything including but not limited to, collecting trash, power washing, assisting with club parties/functions, plumbing, electrical and carpentry as needed.
The Lead dockhand will oversee the dockhand staff and assist the Manager and Maintenance Manager in club operations as well as oversee training of all summer and seasonal staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
