Chatter Buzz a tech-creative digital marketing and advertising agency laser-focused on brand awareness and lead generation is looking for a Sales Growth Executive to assist in growing our tech-focused agency.

About the Role:

The Sales Growth Executive position is responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our services through various media channels (ie. attending industry and local events, joining groups, online social channels, vendor referrals, developing partnerships, and others).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand locally. To excel in this role, you will have excellent relationship-building, event networking, and communication skills.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Attend multiple local and regional events throughout the week such as industry networking, conferences & summits, community events/hearings, and join organizations to increase Chatter Buzz brand awareness as thought leaders in the industry and ultimately generate leads/business referrals
  • Follow up and contact prospective customers thru all channels
  • Promote and sell Chatter Buzz's range of services to potential customers to meet and exceed SMB/MM Business monthly cross-sale and expansion sales quota.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of SMB/MM business opportunities by various prospecting methods, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting presentations of our suite of services
  • Generate sales appointments and sales opportunities by attending events, creating relationships offline and online, etc.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
  • Maximize LinkedIn by consistently posting thought leadership content, using the platform to connect and engage with prospects, set up meetings, etc.
  • Identify customer needs and communicate Chatter Buzz's value proposition.
  • Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
  • Perform market research to develop warm leads
  • Use Hubspot CRM to enter, nurture, and track progress with new prospects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, sales, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
  • At least 2 years experience selling marketing and advertising products (desired) to SMB/MM-sized businesses
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the marketing and advertising industry required
  • Experience with Hubspot, a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Stats-driven business professional
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary with uncapped commission and bonus upon exceeding the monthly quota
  • Base salary $40k - $60k depending on seniority and relevant sales experience
  • Expected min OTE for the 1st year - $123,000 - $162,000
