Position : Case Manager for the Agency with Choice/Alternative Day Program

Supervisor: Lisa Podworski Hours : 20 per Week

Status: Part time Salary: $20 to $22 per hour

The Agency with Choice/Alternative Day Program is seeking to add a key team member to partner with families and consumers. The goal of this partnership is to create and implement innovative and individualized day program models for people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with families in program design
• Networking to find volunteer opportunities
• Staff recruitment and supervision
• Complete written assessments and evaluations

Requirements: Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
