Are you a relentless go-getter with a passion for sales? As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our business growth, engaging with potential customers and showcasing our innovative solutions by going door-to-door in residential areas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges, loves meeting new people, and is determined to exceed targets. Compensation for this role is going to be commission-based only, with uncapped commission opportunity.

This can be done in any neighborhood in your local area! Scheduling is flexiable as it is up to your and your drive how many hours and days you want to work!

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential customers in person to promote and sell our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and able to handle rejection with resilience.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous direct sales experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
• Must have reliable transportation.
