As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for conducting policy reviews, servicing existing clients, and cross-selling additional insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage meets their current needs.
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products that align with clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the best advice and solutions - continuous training & education.

Requirement

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer service or sales, within the insurance industry.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships & team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to insurance services.
