**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store productivity and profitability

- Interview, hire, train, and supervise store staff

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock

- Oversee merchandising and product displays to maximize sales

- Utilize POS systems to process transactions and track sales

- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in retail sales and management
