Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and customer acquisition.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly talk to them about our company and product
- Encourage customer to sign up and drive customer acquisition. You will be rewarded for Every customer that you acquire for the company.
- Address any questions regarding our company or product
- Assist in the display of merchandise or flyers to enhance visibility and increase sales
- Location could be Residential buildings in Philadelphia or Grocery Stores
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively promote items to customers
Requirements:
- Be Presentable and have good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
