Chefs For Seniors located in Tucson & Green Valley is seeking two new Territory Managers/Chefs, looking to earn a Percentage of a Territory with Uncapped Potential. A driven leader looking at joining the team in a capacity of growing the business. The right candidate(s) will have the desire to be a part of the business, more than just being an Employee. The right candidate(s) will have the determination, grit, business mindset, skill, personality, passion for seniors and overall positive attitude to help grow this company to the next levels. The senior market is a forever booming business opportunity and Chefs For Seniors offers a unique solution in the world of meals. We offer a completely personalized in-home meal experience for seniors. We plan custom menus, grocery shop, cook fresh food in their home, offer companionship and provide a much needed service to those who struggle to cook for themselves or want the time of preparing meals for other things at this stage of their life. This is a job for someone looking to grow a business and benefit from the profits of the company. As the business grows so will your income. Chefs are paid Per Client, not by the hour and range from $75-$100 plus potential tips, Clients typically are 2.5-3 hours. A different Pay Structure in addition to you cooking for clients as a Territory Manager will be agreed upon with the right persons. As you grow your Territory and recruit staff and clients you would be a Percentage Partner, No Cap on Income Potential. I am looking for someone interested in building up the Tucson Territory and Green-Valley Territory. Both of these Markets are flooded with eligible Seniors as Southern AZ has one of the highest retiree populations in the Nation.
