About the role

Like you, this job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.

* Assist in leading and creating innovative design within the retail space - with a specific focus in UX and UI.

* Design and lead with thoughtfulness and a strong attention to detail.

* Analyze how a new product ties in with market need and consumer preferences.

* Create user experiences that address, solve and uncover business needs and spur innovation.

* Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.

* Own multiple projects, guide and educate internal and external stakeholders on design strategies and initiatives.

* Collaborate and understand the importance of motion, both 2d and 3d, everything in between.

* Assist in providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the creative team.

* Understand business goals and look for opportunities to grow the business through digital innovations.
