Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (NE-6)

Chelsea Groton is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for our Human Resources Department. The Administration Assistant /Receptionist provides collaborative support to the HR department and other departments, with a focus on onboarding new team members. Strong organization skills, professionalism, and adherence to company policies are essential. Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include:

  • Provides general administrative support to the Human Resources department and other departments as necessary. Prepares documents, maintains spreadsheets, and performs other administrative duties as needed in a strictly confidential manner.
  • Conducts pre-screening of applicants, schedules interviews, maintains AAP Applicant Log, coordinates paperwork to onboard new hires, and posts new hire Welcome message on Chelsea Groton’s intranet.
  • Coordinates and is responsible for company communications of all job positions on all applicable job boards, new hire schedules and onboarding for all new team members, surveys for exiting employees, as well as posting monthly communications on our company intranet regarding our company employee assistance program.
  • Responsible for Chelsea Groton’s employee discounts program for all employees. Develops, maintains, and communicates this program to all employees, maintains deposits and receipts of monies collected, and ensures account balancing for audit purposes. Communicates and updates employee discounts program on company intranet.
  • Greets, directs, and provides assistance to visitors at Chelsea Groton’s headquarters.
