Loan Servicing Representative- Loan Origination ( NE-7)

Chelsea Groton is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for our Loan Servicing Department. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a motivated and personable individual willing to help customers achieve their financial goals by providing outstanding service in a professional manner through our various channels.

Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level . Expectations include :

• Work with branches, originators, and departments to ensure timely set up and disbursement of all new loans (Commercial, Consumer, and Residential) on core system, ensuring accurate data input and processes necessary ticket work.
• Reviews loan closing package to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Work with departments to ensure timely system changes for modifications and renewals (Commercial and Residential), ensuring accurate data input and processes necessary ticket work.
• Serves internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner through prompt handling of all transactions.
