Senior Custom Layout Designer

Responsibilities:
• Working with IC designers and chip leads to determining the chip and block floorplan.
• Performing layout of analog circuit blocks, including SerDes, with attention to performing DRC, ERC and LVS checks and resolving errors.
Requirements:
• Strong analog layout skills and self-starter in technology nodes 22nm to 3nm FinFET.
• Experience with SerDes layout.
• Expert-level knowledge with Cadence Virtuoso tool suite and Mentor Calibre.
• The ideal candidate has experience with Intel and/or GlobalFoundries (GF) technology.
• Experience with layout of analog blocks ADC / DAC / PLLs. 
• Experience with Transceivers - LNA, Mixers, VCO, and Amplifiers.
• Able to work independently on challenging problems.
• Understand layout considerations for device matching, coupling and noise isolation.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required.
• BSEE is a plus
