****Position Overview****

Midland Asphalt Materials Inc., a subsidiary of Barrett Industries Corporation, provides advanced pavement preservation solutions for our customers needs. We are currently looking for an experienced **Transport** **Driver** out of our Tonawanda, NY facility for our 2022 operating season!

****Main Responsibilities****

* Haul asphalt based emulsion and or hot oil throughout New York State

* Perform daily pre and post trip inspections of assigned vehicle: This requires climbing up, on and over unit to verify everything is in proper working order

****Secondary Responsibilities****

* Transport various pieces of construction equipment to multiple job sites across New York and occasionally Pennsylvania

****Qualifications****

* Must have a valid Class A CDL with Airbrakes and Tanker Endorsement required; HazMat Endorsements preferred

* Must have a good driving record

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred

* Must adhere to all DOT and Midland safety regulations

* Must be able to lift 60 pounds
