ChemTreat is immediately hiring an Associate Business Development Manager! You will be responsible for developing new business within your assigned territory.

- Develop key relationships with customers through the following methods: identify and engage key decision makers within potential customers, prospect and cold call generation, frequent follow up, utilize strategic questioning, and drive to root issues to identify customers’ needs.
- Implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins within your assigned territory.
- Each day you will travel by car independently throughout your assigned territory to perform water analysis and engage in advanced problem-solving to apply appropriate chemical solutions.
- Engage technical staff and management as needed to develop retention and growth strategies.
- Communicate the ChemTreat value proposition to the customer base.
- You have likely earned a four-year college degree or relevant experience
- You are a driven, high-performing professional who enjoys talking with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
- You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales or related field
- Ability to establish long-term business relationships
- A valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
