Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to develop, monitor, and report project costs and overall budgets, for the WMATA.

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA or “the Authority”) is one of the largest transit organizations in the United States.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop project and construction estimates, schedules, and costs.
• Is familiar with cost escalation, orders of magnitude, cost of materials, and labor rates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in engineering or construction.

Position is Hybrid.
