Cheniere Candidate Experience External Site is Hiring an Associate Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness Near Houston, TX

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Associate Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) reports to the Director, HR Business and Organizational Effectiveness. The Associate Analyst, OE assists the OE team with delivering the corporate wide talent development and talent management strategies. The Associate Analyst, OE analyzes key talent metrics to support organizational effectiveness decisions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Track, analyze, and report on key OE metrics including, but not limited to course attendance, course satisfaction results, talent review data, succession planning, and onboarding feedback. 
  • Assist Senior Partner, HR Business and Organizational Effectiveness with corporate wide talent processes, programs, and initiatives. 
  • Assist Senior/Lead Consultant, OE with employee core and leadership talent development programs. 
  • Assist Senior/Lead Consultant, OE and HR Business Partners with coaching, team development, change management, and/or organizational design as appropriate. 
  • Run key talent process and programs reports from CheniereConnect and take appropriate action with appropriate OE and HR stakeholders.
  • Prepares word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations in support of HR-related business analytics.
  • Manage and continually improve the new hire onboarding process with a focus on new hire experience. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to manage and continually improve the new people leader onboarding process. 
  • Own development training logistics. Partner with Enterprise Training department to monitor enrollment and engagement. 
  • Track OE budget, process invoices, and escalate budgetary issues as appropriate. 
  • Identifies areas for continuous improvement and partners with appropriate team members to implement.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of talent process and programs. Ability to understand and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and measurement strategies. Practical knowledge of the full HR cycle of personnel (recruit, hire, develop, retain, administration, and termination).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education, Training and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Experience: 

Minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources/organizational effectiveness related function in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Must have experience with logistics, HR data analytics, and managing multiple priorities.

FREEDOM TO ACT

Ability to multi-task and function in a highly dynamic atmosphere; must exercise some discretion independently.

WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Job is performed in a typical office environment, but is subject to time pressures and constraints, and is often dependent on input from others. 
  • Occasionally, work may be performed from home, after normal work hours or on weekends. 
  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or as required by Cheniere.
