Cherished Companions Home Care is a mission based non-medical home care agency located in Chagrin Falls which provides in-home care to the elderly.

As a Human Resource Associate, you’ll be one of the people empowering our caregivers to do their jobs to their fullest potential with the peace of mind that they are being taken care of.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assisting with the administration of the hiring process
• Managing and maintaining accurate database records
• Managing caregiver benefits programs
• Maintaining current background checks for employees
• Workers Compensation administration
• Manage caregiver training program and maintain accurate records
• Manage uniform stock and take new uniform orders from caregivers
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Communicating through email, Microsoft Teams, texts and other written correspondence
• Updating spreadsheets
• Keeping accurate phone messages and ensuring a timely reply
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education / Experience / License :

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred

At least 2 yrs of administrative, human resources or customer service experience

Drivers License with clear driving record

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs at a time

Base hours are 9-5, M-F
