Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Gaming & Hospitality Business Systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT landscape and driving strategic initiatives that support our business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with CNE leadership to identify strategic business needs and translate those needs into actionable, game-changing IT solutions.
• Steer IT strategic and operational planning, prioritizing initiatives that drive efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and achieve organizational goals.
• Champion a culture of innovation within your team, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity thrives.
• Manage the entire application lifecycle, from requirements gathering and selection to implementation, support, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead a large and talented IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned IT leader with a minimum of 12 years of experience at the Director level or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in the gaming and hospitality industry.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business objectives into clear and achievable IT roadmaps.
• An expert in application portfolio management, adept at streamlining and optimizing large application landscapes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• A masterful project manager with a proven ability to deliver large-scale enterprise deployments across Casino Management Systems, Property Management Systems, Point-of-Sale Systems, and Food & Beverage systems.
• An inspiring leader who thrives in building and motivating high-performing teams exceeding 50 people.
• Possess a deep understanding of industry-specific platforms and systems like IGT, Oracle Opera, Oracle Symphony, Radiant, Azure, M365, etc.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience navigating cloud technologies (Azure) and multi-site deployments.
• Expertise in Financial Systems and HRIS systems.
