An Admitting Nurse is a Registered Nurse that performs the Start of Care process for all home health patients. Administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Completed an approved training program
• One year of home health field experience, required
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Current state Drivers License
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance
