What you’ll do:
- Process incoming invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
- Ensure that invoices are entered accurately and in timely fashion.
- Assist in preparation of journal entry support.
- Process monthly bank reconciliations
- Assists in preparation of month-end journal entries and other duties as needed
- Performs special projects as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
What you’ll need:
- Great communication, math skills and financial knowledge (debits/credits).
- Ability to work with others and deal effectively with customers and clients to answer questions and provide information
- Computer software skills including Excel
- Honesty (dealing with cash) an no criminal history related to financial transactions
- Organized and self-motivated
- Regular, dependable attendance
