Confidential search for client in Real Estate Industry. Client provides private commercial loans as an alternative to a bank/investor. Looking to add an experienced Senior Accounting/Finance Manager. Hybrid schedule- 3 days in office and 2 remote. Role will be fully onsite for first 90 days due to training. See below for details.

KEYS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting
• Minimum 5 years of management experience (will be leading team of 6)
• Real estate experience highly preferred, ideally someone who has worked on debt side
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
• NetSuite experience is a must (recently switched to NetSuite, looking for someone who can assist with training/questions)
• Advanced excel experience required
• Exemplary internal and external communication skills (will be communicating with stakeholders frequently)
• CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN 20 MILE RADIUS OF SANTA MONICA
